It is our goal to make sure the product/equipment you purchase meets your satisfaction.  In the case it does not, below is our return/exchange policy for both locations.  Please feel free to call with any questions regarding a possible return or exchange.

Sales returns and/or exchanges may be accepted in unopened packages and/or salable condition within seven (7) days from date of original invoice with proof of purchase.

Due to health department regulations, no merchandise may be accepted for return if it is an item intended to be worn on the body or used in contact with the body, food product, used for sanitary or hygienic purposes (all bath or personal care products) or if it is disposable (electrodes, wipes, creams, batteries, etc).  Lift chairs are not returnable or exchangeable after delivery or customer pickup.

Special order items will require a deposit and are non-returnable/non-exhangeable.

For online store purchases, if you receive your item in the mail and you are not 100% satisfied, you may call or email the Request More Info or call to discuss if a return/exchange is warranted.  If so, the payer is responsible for shipment of the item back to us.  Once the item is received and determined to be returnable/exchangeable, we will refund your money and/or ship your new item within one (1) business day.
