It is our goal to make sure the product/equipment you purchase meets your satisfaction. In the case it does not, below is our return/exchange policy for both locations. Please feel free to call with any questions regarding a possible return or exchange.
Sales returns and/or exchanges may be accepted on returnable items in unopened packages and/or salable condition within seven (7) days from date of original invoice with proof of purchase. You may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Due to health department regulations, no merchandise may be accepted for return if it is an item intended to be worn on the body or used in contact with the body, food product, used for sanitary or hygienic purposes (all bath or personal care products) or if it is disposable (electrodes, wipes, creams, batteries, etc). Lift chairs are not returnable or exchangeable after delivery or customer pickup.
Special order items will require a deposit and are non-returnable/non-exhangeable.
